Default Outerlimits/Fountain rematch at the LOTO Shootout

This would be a great venue for another run. LOTS of FAST boats to play with. Here it is.............

It would be cool to see them both duking it out down there! It certainly is the correct venue for it!

Give it some time, Reggies engines have not even cooled down yet and already were talking rematch. If OL wants to go to LOTO and attempt a speed record that's fine but Reggie has made his statement. He doesn't need to repeat himself.

Loto, mid 90's. 70% humidity. 700' elevation? I'm just guessing...
