I have both speedo and GPS in my 2001 with a 502 mag. I'm running a complete stock set up except for a labbed prop (Thanks Darin) I'm running 68.8 on Speedo and my friend with a 2001 25OL with a 496HO is about a fraction behind me. He has the Faria guages and they say he's over 80. No way. Eitherway, it's all you're going to get out of the Baja hull with stock power. They're all the same.

I picked up 2-3 MPH when I labbed the prop. Darin at Houston Prop is the man.

Check my statement above, 68.8 is on GPS, not speedo It's the best ever. 64.4 was just about what I was running before I had the 3 blade labbed.

BTW: I think mine is going up for sale at the end of this month. The wife has actually discussed moving up to a Cig.

blue by you, do you think with a 496 ho and a labbed prop would hit 70. and how much was it to do the prop.
