Are you talking about a stock engine or are you supercharging? You can put the water pressure fitting in one of the block drain holes. I don't know how convenient this is with the engine in the boat though. If you are converting the fuel system to higher volume you could tee the fuel pressure sender into the new #8 line you'll be using, close to the rail. Or use one of the two outlets on the big 1/2" NPT Fram fuel filter head that you'll be using. But you knew that already.
