? about the new 496 factory 1 motors

do the new 496's have to be purchased from innovation or are we allowed to purchase one and strip the closed cooling our selves?

It would be nice if APBA/SBI would have a meeting in KW on the introduction of the new Factory class. A question and answer meeting would be great.
