This will be the first time I am bringing my boat to KW. Anybody know where the decent launching ramps might be?
Since I am not racing I cannot use that nice one at Trumbo.

Georges, Just before you hit KW there is a BurgerKing on the left Take that left and head down to the marina there. Ill be damned if I can think of the name of it. But it has a nice launch and is only about a 5 mile ride down into the harbour

Ive launched there several times w/o a problem

garrison bight marina, as you head into downtown kw it will be on your right, there is a light at the intersection where it is. keep an eye on the tide however.

Are you referring to the old city marina on Stock Island? I wasn't sure if it was still open to the public.

I use Garrison Bight, I think it is like 10 or 11 bucks for launch and parking.


As stated before turn right as soon as you get to KW follow it around till you see Charter Boat Row, turn right into the Marina just past the intersection.

The KW city marina is right by charter boat row...no current....no wind..nice ramp. I think it is like 5 bucks each way (dump ina nd out). That is where I always go.

Do any of them have a high power faucet so I can washout afterwards?
