Default HELP-Cloudy Imron under full cover

I'm hoping some paint guys can help with this one- I have a top gun with factory single stage(no clear coat) imron graphics. I had a nice "stamoid"(non pourous, waterproof) fabric full cover made last spring. I started noticing that after the cover sat flat on the deck graphics, the blue and purple paint would have very defined cloudy splotches. At first, it seemed like they faded away after the boat was uncovered in the sun for a while. But now they seem to have gotten worse and won't go away. I cleaned and buffed the area but no change. The cloudyness seems to be under the surface. I was so happy to protect the paint with my new full cover-now I'm afraid to keep using it!! Thanks-

The boat is a '97 which I bought 2 years ago. The paint was in great shape all these years until I put the new cover on this summer...so I'm not sure if that rules out poor prep work since the original paint looked good for so long before it happened??? I'm wondering if anyone has a fix for this or if I'm stuck with a cloudy boat.

This may not be much help but my house was struck by lightning several years ago. The heat from the fire was so intense that the boat, under cover and in the driveway, had a reaction with the cover. I am certain it was Top Gun fabric. The fabric emitted some kind of chemical and attached itself to my clear gauges and top deck with some sticking to the vinyl. Cleaned it all up with Castrol Super Clean and replaced the gauges. Granted a fire is a little more intense than sun but they can get hot sitting in the sun. Apparently the fabric and chemicals therin became unstable with the heat and leeched off. Do you have adequate ventilation with the cover? Contact the manufacture of the fabric?

if it's a solid color ,you polished it ,has a shine but it still looks cloudy ,the pigment in the color is shot.
