Want to get rid of them? I need a set for a project I'm doing to make moving my motors around a bit easier.
How about a busted up or useless bell housing??

Hopefully! I'm sure it will be running by spring (or earlier). You'll see it at Hardy if I still have it at that time.
So, you got any stock mounts laying around??????? Would give me a reason to drive south for dinner with Vickie

Mike, I have a BBC bellhousing from an 88 that has the small hole for the triangular coupler. Would this work for you? Are you planning on having the coupler installed while moving it around?

Yeah, I want to make a kind of cradle... I've got 2 motors that will at times end up in the back of my truck, and I'd really like to keep them from moving around. But, I need a bell housing and some motor mounts to build it. Can't use the ones on the motor in the boat, because it's... well... holding the motor in the boat!!
Just thought I'd check to see if anyone had some junk laying around they wanted to get rid of.
So, you wanna get rid of your bell housing???

Mike, GM used to ship their engines in a crate that was built from 2x12's. They were in a box shape with the pan rail sitting on the box. Looked pretty simple to build. I believe the weight would be on the pan bolts, not the rail so the pan shouldn't be distorted.
