For any and everyone in So Cal that hasn't already heard or coming along. We're putting together a little lunch run up to Santa Barbara from Channel Islands Marina (Ventura County) on Dec 11th. Meet at the C.I. Launch ramp off of Victoria Ave. at 9am for 10 am departure. Pick up a few boat on the way at Ventura Harbor and off to S.B. for lunch. Depending on the weather we may run out to the islands after lunch. Also, the C.I. parade of lights is the night of Dec 11th. Good night to drink egg nog on your boat and watch the parade from the water. There are two hotels centrally located if anyone wants to stay the night and I can arrange slips. This may be the start of a anual poker run if it works out. It's going to be a good run w/good people. Come one and come all.

By the way, it's a quazi Toys for Tots run so bring a toy to donate

We did a little impromtou pre-run to SB for some lunch at Brophy's. The water was AMAZING! The weather was a bit cool but nothing a sweat shirt couldn't cure. Running back with a post card sunset was nice too. It's looking good for next weekend
