ok for those of you that don't know I race formula cars and i also crew for a few cars/teams (a formula continental, formula renault, next season a formula BMW, and perhaps an Infiniti Pro car or Pro Mazda).

This year my buddy doug made it the national championships (SCCA Runnoffs at midohio) I was out at mid-ohio in september for 2 weeks working as "crew chief" and on the radio during the race spotting for him.

The race in being televised tommorow on Speedvision at 1:00pm. Check it out. FC (formula continental) #13 black with orange flames!

oh yeah he took my damn sponsor decal off for the televised race (actually i had to peel it off erghhhhh )!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friend of mines dad raced a Porsches at SCCA events around the southeast. Don't know know much about the car, but I remember seeing a lot of 1st and 2nd place awards in his garage from the 80's and early 90's. Even had a couple of newspaper articles about him.

Really neat stuff. Would like to get involved in it one day.

SCCA is super easy to get involve dwith. They do everything from autocrosses to pro racing! scca.org

chekc out teh schedule go to local events an dwalk around the pits. Most racers are super freindly and will gladly talk your ear off. Moreover at the amatuer level volunteer are ALWAYS needed eitehr for crewwing or even running the races!

Will do that. Now that I'm settled with everything down here I will be starting to get around more.
