I am looking at a '96 Thoroughbred/Velocity 26. It has a Mercruiser 7.4 MPI with 40 hours and Bravo1 drive. The Boat has about 150 hours on it. It has Gaffrig gauges, Mercruiser 280 K-Planes, Imco dual external full hydraulic steering. The owner is asking $35,000. Sound about right? NADA guide puts it at $26,000 to $31,000. Thanks.

you should also look at Dean Ferry's Velocity. it has the HP 500 in it and low hours.

Look at the 2000, 26 in the classifieds. That boat is run in NH and is mint. Always fresh water and stored indoors. The guy is going to get a new 29 that will be at the Miami show.

Velocity called me today and offered a NEW 280 less power for 39k. You might want to call and talk to them and see what the deal is. Michell (female) called and left the message.

Call the factory talk to Kenny 407-321-1340. Thay have a few 280s left at that price.
