Arrow Velocity Shopping

I am looking at a '96 Thoroughbred/Velocity. It has a Mercruiser 7.4 MPI with about 40 hours on it and a Bravo 1 drive. The boat has about 150 hours on it. It has Gaffrig gauges, Mercruiser 280 K-Planes and Imco dual external full hydraulic steering. The owner is asking $35,000. Does this sound about right? NADA guide puts it at $26,000 to $31,000. This is the first velocity I have had the pleasure of driving. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you can find any Velocity in that size for less than 30 you have found something. Most are going from the low 30's on up to some of the newer ones selling in the 80's. Good luck.
