Default Four Winns Unlimited U-19

Just curious if there are any other Four Winns Unlimited Owners out there beside jcap and I? I'm running a 1996 u-19 5.0 Fi/Sx. There were only 111 of these boats produced in 1996 and production stopped in mid 1997. Sure would be nice to be in touch with other owners of this awesome Don Arnow hull. Would love to see pics if anyone has some.

Default Handles like a dream

Yeah supposedly powerboat magazine reported that the boat didnt handle well and was possibly dangerous. I cant be sure of what was said as I was only 12 years old when the boat was built. What I can be sure of is that in my time with the boat it has handled very well. It takes chop better than my brothers 21 superboat and gets just as much speed. Its a sweet little boat. OMC owned four winns and donzi at the time of its production. The 17 and 19 foot hulls were lined up to be produced by donzi. OMC then sold donzi and threw the hulls to Four Winns for production.

Default U boat

My U has the lower of the two power plant options. I have a 5.0 and some have a 5.8. I'm getting around 60-65 mph. jcap has the 5.8 with dou prop and he gets about 70.
