Default HELP, Adhesive removal

I have taken the mirrorred plexyglass out of my hatches but am having trouble getting all the adhesive off.I have been trying a plastic putty knife so not to scatch the fiberglass but it is going very slow.I think it is something called 5200.

3M adhesive remover, can be bought at NAPA or any other auto place. Apply it let it work and soften the glue, then, use a hardcard/ Squeegee to remove the glue...

You might consider using 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner P/N 051135-08984. Any store that sells paint and refinishing products for cars would have it. I'm looking at a one quart can. Pretty cheap too as I recall. It's worth a try. Good luck, sometime these things are tricky.

Bad news, 5200 was not intended to come off.
Good news, 3M Adhesive Remover will make it easier.

What do you use to take adhesive off of teeth?
Maybe it will work on fiberglass

Use Gas, the all purpose cleaner. Just don't smoke while your working.

5200 is a glue........ THE BEST GLUE.
