I replaced mine at a local mirror store. Gave them my old ones and they used them for patterns.
I'd tell you how much but it was 3 or 4 years ago and I've slept since then

Call Don Racine at Racine Design in Jacksonville FL, they specialize in it. He can make one and even has whatever color tint you might want. The tinted ones really give it a cool look. His number is 904-771-8170. Just tell him Travis sent you.

I made a template out of card board and had a local shop cut it out. I put some felt strips on the back so it would not rub ,I used # 8 stainless screws with Teflon washers and just snug them. Be careful it cracks real easy. The Hatch on the Scarab was flat so it was easy.

I want to put the mirrors on the Hustler but its curved

I used 1/4" plexiglass mirror, any good glass shop can get it. Mine was 36"x60" ran about $120 bucks.

Did mine last season ... You will need a special drill for plastic ... most places that sell the material also sell the drill bits...

How flexible is the mirror-plex? My hatch is about 5' wide but has a bow shape to it. It rises to 2" max in the center.
