Default Cast Aluminum Hi-Capacity Offshore Oil Pan

These rugged cast aluminum hi-capacity oil pans represent the standard by which all other pans are measured. Chosen by the worlds leading engine builders for there top priority projects for two distinct reasons. Performance and Reliability!

This unique as cast technology represents the ultimate in oil control. The integrated screen style windage tray retains engine oil in the pan where it is needed most while stripping excessive horsepower robbing oil windage from the crankshaft. What’s this mean to you? Quite possibly this pan will build more horsepower than you would see using a mild steel fabricated oil pan in some applications. These pans win the reliability challenge hands down. The thick and durable cast aluminum body will not rust or crack like steel pans and by precision computer machining all of the pans sealing surfaces you are assured a perfect fit and seal every time.

Each oil pan kit includes an oil pump pick up, windage tray, and custom dipstick.

Would this pan add any HP to an otherwise stock 500 EFI?

Marty,

Sorry, there was a misprint in the text above that has been corrected. In your application with an HP 500 EFI I would not expect to see any great horsepower increase, maybe 5 or 10 is all.

What oil pan gasket do you use with the wide rear pan area?

1-Piece Generation 4, 5 And 6 Big Block Chevy Xtreme Seal Oil Pan Gasket

This one-piece design provides a superior seal with no chance of leaking seams and easy installation. Each gasket utilizes torque limiters to prevent over tightening and each gasket is notched for "stroker" clearance. Designed to seal under extreme crankcase pressure and scorching oil temperature.
