Default Realistic selling price of this boat

1989 38 Fountain
Paint, cockpit re-done in 2001 (looks new)
Interior is in good shape, but original
sitting on almost new Myco

Currently with 2001 500EFI's and #4's

Probably for sale with 1998 502MPI's and #3's

Would it sell for $50K after the engine and drives switched? I know the 3's would hurt it some.
Any comments to the value with either package appreciated.

PS: This is not for me, but somehow I am getting very involved in my buddies purchase plans.
