Re: Voting in mill!
Jesse.............Thank you for your very well spoken words.
Our doors at Skater are always open to the public and we welcome anyone that would ever want to stop by to visit the factory. There is only one request, you should arrive before lunch, Pete takes every guest that visits our factory to lunch 12:00 sharp! Both Pete and I have an open door policy and will answer or return anyones phone call. We also have very good working relationships with Skip B. and David W. We all work together to improve the safety of our products, despite the fact we are direct competitors. Feel free to call us any time. Any and all questions about Skater and what we are doing to improve our products will always be answered. Safe Boating, Chris, GM 269-857-4308 |

Re: Voting in mill!
Why do I feel like I'm at a sports bar while a Duke fan & Uconn fan argue over who's #1, which is a better school, & they both went to a community college down the road here in VA.
I called Skater one day to ask some questions about my 24 & was told I needed to talk to Peter & to leave a message. He promptly called me back & was as curios of the boat as I was. He was very friendly & helpful. I met Randy( I think ) at the Miami boat show while looking at the MTI they had on display. I immediately told them I was just looking & had no interest in buying. They were still super friendly & answered any question I had. Conclusion: They are both great people that build great boats Skatergear- gonna try & get up there this year & check you folks out. I use to own an Allison & got a whole new respect for their boats after meeting the dedicated people that have a love for what they do & are so proud of their work. |
Re: Voting in mill!
I was just wondering of Sean VAST knowledge, the funny part is people from BOTH companies have told me the same thing .

Damn, that Sean guy.......lets burn him at the stake, in Miami!!!! :evilb: I wouldn't have any idea as to Skater's business moves, but it seems that they must be doing something right, if their waiting list keeps growing and they've never been to a show....?!?!? :D :D :D Actually, I'm glad there's more competition out there. I wouldn't want everyone else in a Skater, then I wouldn't be able to be first to all the card stops.....LOL :drink: |
