The CG - each boat is a little different - Pete is the best one to get you in the ball park based on year, style and length - If your fuel tanks are centrally located the amount of fuel in the tank will not vari the CG much - quick answer is where are your fuel tanks - body style makes a difference enclosed vs open cockpit - No one owns a skater to go slow - it is imporant on an open cockpit boat to understand if you are getting lift as the air comes over the cockpit - the faster you go the more the factor - like an aircraft wing lift comes from above - the faster laminer air over the top creates lift - you may of may not have lift @ 100 and may not have it @ 150 if you have a lot of turbulence - the lift or lack of it can shift your dynamic cg - so you have a couple of factors to consider - a simple hg or WC guage can get you some of these answers for less that 50 bucks

It is going to make someone a really nice boat, you have done lots of recent upgrades and maintenance. The ability to verify that the boat has a good history always helps. Hope it works out for the seller and future buyer.
If anyone is interested everything quoted about the boat "carbona" is accurate. I am th eoriginal owner and Pete built the boat for me. The art of design did the paint scheme and he was given the freedom to come up with a different idea from, the then stripes. I loved it. And yellow was the color of all 3 skaters I had , plus 5 Ferrari's..Peter got as close to that color as he could and I approved the pantone. We put the bigest motors Merc had at the time...And for a short time it was the fastest package around. I personally went 147MPH in it. It was a weekender and I was spending more time in FLorida then Dallas, so it sat, in storage, motors fogged every 6 months, for like 2 years..So I sold it..
I still miss that boat and would have boaught it back had I known it was for sale...Who ended up buying it???
John Carbona
PS I have a bunch of photos of it being built and running in poker runs....
