How can LC and Bruce B. have the same boat for sale?

Does anyone know what they are asking for either one?

I've seen both boats there at Lake Cumberland in sept. They are on the website, maybe bruce b is also advertising them? Whoever sells it first wins ?

The boat is a "new" 06, when you consider the cost of the boat sitting there I'd think whoever owns the boat would be happy if a bayliner dealer sold it.
