Dave, very nice to finally meet you. You do awesome work and it shows! You should def meet Larry-KevlarKat32. You guys have the same passion for your work/hobby!
On my drive up to Chicago, I stopped by Toledo OH, and see the bad boy 36 Skater that Dave's been working on. I got two words to describe his work: Awe-Some!
The owner must be very happy! Can't wait to see the quads on that baby
Here are some pics just so that the guys won't say I am holding out

Larry and dave are nothing alike. Larry thinks hes hulk hogan and a big shot. Walks around with a chip on his shoulder. You can tell once by meeting him but also through his writing. His work is good but he thinks his stuff is better then everyone eleses and constantly makes fun (ergo et seats...) of others at their exspense.
Dave is humble and experienced, and professional. Dave is also funny and doesnt try to be the center of attention.
He gets it done and doesnt need to tell you hes getting it done...
larry offered me a seat in his race boat in either 01 or 02 to race with him which i did. Hes good, but theres this high strung out stress about him. He was worried more about the spray and shine then the play in the gimble ring. he was concerned more about looks then about GO.

We all have different personalities...nothing wrong with dat.

There's someone nicer than Dave....me !

i am not casting a stone. But i am suggesting that Dave is in THE BUSINESS, larry is a hobbiest...
Both do great work, both have 100% different peronalities.
i mean who names their kid larry anyway??!
all kidding aside, both Skaters are great, and cant wait to see them fly past me in 2-3 slop offshore

Hey thanks for the compliments guys, Toasty (Chris) i appreciate that.
Noli good meeting you the other day on your way through to the windy city. (By the way David i pulled the boat out so he could check it out even though it looks like it was in the same place when you were down monday
She has never sat outside a single night . . . . especially now
)
I will have that part number monday one way or another. I still am only coming up with the "J" shaped rail. I may need to start a quickie thread to see where we can get that stuff. You would think that would be a pretty standard rail. . . . . i can tell ya we'll need 164 10-24 X 1.500" pan heads and Nyloc's though
I'll call ya Monday afternoon . . . . .
