Thanks Guys!!!
It was a great experience.
The Skater ran 116 the first time out so I figured I should just go with that considering the 100 degree heat and the 350 lbs of sand I had in the back to try and raise the bow.
My wife and I really liked the boat ride Sam, Your 308 is awesome!
It was was especially good sitting around the table at Captain Ron's sharing some beer with my Skater bro's including Garth Tagge and Jim Melley

Tristan or TriPac on MWBP has several running shots of you. She said she would email you a high resolution copy if you PM her.

David,

What was your final decission on setup with the outboards? Out spinning out and in spinning in? Also what was your final drive height in relation to the bottom of the hull? Congrats again on getting her hauling the mail!

Wow this boat looks so good. I love the paint, now trim that baby out and let her fly!!

Dave has 350 # of sand in the transom. Boat is very bow heavy according to David Walters.

Not sure adding weight in transom is the right way??? David, You need to take a look at inward rotation and also going with a higher rack prop that would carry the bow more.
Also may want to try some round ear props. Hering has some that are 22 degree and maybe even 24 degree rake.

Just trying different things. Gary ballough suggested trying 400 lbs in the stern to try and raise bow, I put 500 lbs in and it did seem to help. also he had suggested switching back the center drives to rotating inward like I had last year, that helped the most. I'm going to remove more of the weight next t time out and see if I can do without it.
I did try round ear 4 blade props on the outside drives but lost 5mph, felt the extra grip though.
Also after talking to Pete a the supercat fest, I'm going to go ahead and turn outside drives inward as,well and see what happens.
Thanks for all of your compliments

David,
I agree with Pete that you should turn both port and stbd motors inward. Not sure about having different style props on at the same time if that would work well or not. Would love to have 4 motors to try though LOL.
I am sure turning inward will give you some bow lift as well as a higher rake prop.

Lastly I think the best solution is to go buy 4 300+HP 3L motors!!!!!
Boat is still awesome! Bet it sounded great also.
