No, but thanks to Okietunnel and glassdave, I replaced with custom made to fit aluminum tanks in my 1996 36
After these pictures were taken, glassdave foamed them in and covered with a new floor

according to Peter you shouldn't put alluminum tanks in. the boats are meant to have the fuel in the sponsons..

The baffling is part of the support structure of the tunnel.

I had the tanks done in my 2002 28'er at Douglas last winter. I was shocked when I opened the inspection/ fuel pickup plate and found no baffles in the 100 gallon tanks. I did not ask Peter about it.

When I took mine up the first thing they checked was inside the tunnel on the vertical walls of the sponsons. They said if the damage was severe you would see waves there.

I had fuel pressure issues and amber flakes in the fuel filter. They actually blocked the 90* fitting on the fuel pickup tube out of the tank!

if it is vinylester, you should not have a problem, and Peter has told me that 90/91 is the cut off where that year and later in a 24 anyway, you will have tank issues most likely.
