Hey guys i need some help on how or where to install a swim ladder on this boat there is no space

Use this and the ladder that attaches from the bottom. I have it on my motion and I love it. Would not own another boat without it.

We use a wide K Plane as a tunnel tab. When someone wants in or out of the boat set it level and you can simply sit on it and slide in and out under the tie bar. I use to help reduce mid range lope from 53-72 MPH when boating on smooth water.

The Girls call it the P Plate!
