Default 28 Skater Video

Here's a video from Lake Norman. It was taken on a weekend less than ideal conditions but fun anyway.

Unhappy

I tired to pull up this link, and for some reason it kept showing something else, "Nordstrom Sale", with other vids...

Strange? any idea?

Kirk, I have a few sets depending on how I am using the boat. In the video I was running dewald 30's. They have awesome acceleration and do not slip much when planing off. Also have some 34's from him as well. for all around use with the 3 inch setback I have my eng height at 1.5 inches works pretty good. What props and set up do you run?

Thks. Ron

Angry

Don't know yet, bought the boat because it had just had the tanks redone. Installed new 2011 300xs, new gauges, new gps, new cables, indicators, wing plates, battery boxes, batteries, interior coming. We added fuel to break in and found the tanks leak on both sides. now we derig and back it goes.

Man, sorry to hear that. Who did the tanks? You will love the 300's. Fuel mileage is incredible. When your ready to try props let me know. I will get with Dave @ Dewald. Super good guy. I have not found a faster prop yet. Tried Merc 3 blade 34's, they were 3 mph slower.

Hope you get the boat back soon. Let me know how it runs?
