Too bad but atleast nobody was hurt and the boat didn't sink. Saw this pic on a another forum.

Thanks for the pic. The damage was caused by a gel cote repair done by someone out at lotto, he sanded right to the balsa..then layed gel over it. Which wasnt cuttin whe Jim stood on it and passed the whole fleet in the Skater run

What Moron what do this type repair ??? Is that a 32 B and how did you locate all that hardware is short order to save boat ? I have a coast guard kit but no floats or gas powered pumps !

Yes its a B. One of the first Peter built. That came with the people who saved it, Tow Boat or something like that, not sure. Im leaving names out of it, a local Lotto repairman who could "Touch that gel right up". Could have let loose at 180 in the shoot out, could have been a lot worse. Ill post pics of it later today
