Default Paint on my 32 skater

Been working hard on boat , brought in Freddie from Killer Kreations from Phila to work with us on Graphics, well @ Sema , every cycle mag cover as well as the tonight show . Also about to launch his own TV show . Here is a sample of some of his work as well as a link to his website . Sure there are plenty of good guys out these but look @ his work and you judge , truly one of the best . One of the pics is a rough idea what were doing on skater

Also in process of painting clamps and mids

2 years ago !! Well as of 2-18-2012 powerheads and lowers are in crate and in process of rebuilding my offshore clamps with new bushings , smoothing out all that cast slas on saddles then epoxy prime - single stage black then clear .

Freddie starts grahics in a month then I clear , cut and buff. I hope @ some point this summer or before I start crapping my pants ! I every step on this boat is custom like those rams on floor in pic , each one has a custom spacer to prohibit ram from full travel or simply put if left stock and someone leaned on trim button or git stuck cowls will smash into transom .

.

Those mids are gonna look sharper than new.

Were the mids sand blasted or bead blasted ?

Thanks and trust me way better than a new 300xs ! The one was sandblasted and the other was not . The blasted one will get epoxy primer , surfacer then blocked then painted single stage black urethane then cleared for a mile deep look . OEM show casting flaws , ripples and looks great to most people but I will take it a few steps further . Thanks for asking

Larry

L, do you think that your lower gear cases would pay a visit to Wilson Custom, sometime in the future? I'm hearing 3~5 MPH more top end when the cat is running in your speed category.

Looks good another way to limit the trim is a cut off switch on the ram just interrupts power on the up side splice into up power side I had to on my drives ran into bustle on back much simpler than spacers

Thanks steve but after the spacer is in forget about as with a switch I have to wire it , so that is a another harness , worry about connections corroding and you wont know if you have problem till its too late . Both will work but I'm trying to elimate wires and brackets on my engines ,

Thanks
Larry
