Buy some 300x's!!!!! LOL
If you find any let me know. Zero Patience uses helium filled fenders on board! Not sure if that helps either
Find some low temps, nice chop, and run down wind with a strong current! That will get you a feel good MPH.

minus the 300x all the rest seems like a good deal!

I had Wilson blueprint my drives on my 32A with triples, picked up 1.5mph. The 1.5mph was consistent with different prop set up's. The boat also tracked better above 100mph.

My buddy Rick Bowling swears he gained 1-2mph on his twin 300XS 28 after blueprinting his gearcases also. They must be thinning/straightening the skegs would be my only explanation for the speed increase, as there's not enough of the actual gearcase in the water to make a difference imo. Glad to hear you saw a gain after spending some coin to have the blueprinting done. How fast are you seeing with your setup? It must accelerate great with triple Xs! Mills Brown had the last 32A built with triple 300X motors and saw 122 with it (stock powerheads).

You can go to his web site to get an idea ,Bblades also
Does lower unit work .not sure if I can justify that kind of money
For a 1.5 mph

I've seen Rick's up close - they don't look any different than stock. Certainly if you were to take a set of calipers to them there would have to be some differences. My concern is that any material taken off the thickness of the skegs will weaken them, and I've already had a skeg come off a SM gearcase before - not an inexpensive repair. For guys chasing every last mph it's worth it, but it's not for me.

It is hard to see with pics as Dale said. The edges are definitely sharp and true from the skeg through the cresent. The one I had seep oil was one that was blueprinted. Maybe that led to it or not who knows.

I'm not chasing every single mph...just to be able to hit triple digits in my 308 when I want. I like reliable turnkey boating!

Have you tried a set of Dewalds on it? I would have Dave send a set of 32" 4 blades and a set of 32" 5 blades and see which ones run the best. My guess is that your 30 will like one or the other and run a solid 100+.
