I heard how the M29 ran yesterday, and there's a reason they're not posting #s yet. I swore I wouldn't post any #s, so you guys will have to wait to hear #s when they get it dialed-in and it runs whatever the best it's going to run. I've said it all along that the best this setup is going to run (imo) is 110. It's got to weigh at least 5,500 pounds with those big, heavy motors on the back (my buddy's 27 Daytona weighed 5,000 w/ XSs), and it's a big boat. None of these California built boats are light, that's why they never run like the East Coast boats do with the same power. DCB and Eliminator are only a 6 hour drive away from me, and I wouldn't own one of their boats if you gave it to me! :)

Bravo 1s are junk. Those came with my Skater. Total trash.

Your "318" is coming along nicely Steve! Don't expect it to be painted, rigged and delivered to you by next month though - obviously. It is coming along much faster than my build did 11 years ago though!

108 yesterday for the DCB.

Is there a reason Pete doesn't add tunnel extensions and swim steps to these, especially this one, looks like there is plenty of room. you would think a carbon fiber extension wouldnt add much weight but would help with compression and lift of the added weight of the 400's.

Thanx Dale, Totally enjoying your commentary on this DCB. Ha. I assume my hull is faster than that 29 from the way you speak correct. Doesn't really get to be good boating weather in my area till later May anyway. Not that I wouldn't go out for a ride if I had it. Just not in any crazy rush. Have two Yamaha Waverunners that I had a great time with last Summer. Only get about 70mph on a good day but they will have to do until my new toy gets here. Appreciate the pics. Steve.

Does anyone know what props they've been using for any of these tests. I think they started with the Bravo 1s.
