Would you really want a 388 over the outboards you have had Ron? I got to spend a few years running/driving a 36 Skater with big power. Honestly it was boring except when running 150 to 160 mph or 3' to 5' seas. The best drive I had in it was 2012 KW poker run. I ran 90 to 100 mph for 40 miles in 3's slowing only to take a 5' rogue wave. I got out of the drivers seat and my friend ran the same water at 120. I enjoy getting thrown around and making course corrections at 90 mph in a small cat to cruzing at 120 in the beast.
I think your 28 would be perfect for me. Seeing the speeds your getting with the 30 could win me over though.

Isn't this the boat that was originally delivered to someone out here in Northern California? Same colors and graphics, but the interior had all the color as well. Was the interior changed since new to make it more neutral?

Absolutely the best in the business! Hopefully, with Ron's help, I can get my self-rigged boat near that standard! Or bring my boat to sunny FLA and get it right! All I can is say is "WOW" as my young wife would say. I guess I have something going for me with her!. DK
