Thanks Guys, It felt really good to finish this thing up, I've got to lift the boat and finish the trailer .... I think that's a project for this winter. :-)

I'm kinda done messing with stuff, I like the way the boat carries in the rough, a) with the Bravos, b) with them @ 1 1/2" (they don't come loose as much, lowers last longer, c) I am able to get on plane with one motor running.
When I run in salt water it's a 70+ mile run to it from where we launch, should I have a motor mishap I can still get home in the same day.
p.s. I did leave everything long ... In case I feel froggy. ;-)

Great job on your rig. Its so cool to hear somebody talk about the set up the way you did. You know what you like from a comfort set up stand point and the boat is going to run where it basically is with it. Being new to this game Im trying a couple things as I need a second set of props for back up but Im pretty happy where she runs and Im not looking for much but I would like to improve the running attitude of the boat. Good luck with everything. She is awesome.

I do enjoy putting the 28 on 75-80 mph and running down the river for an hour. (the 28 is very comfortable and predictable @ those speeds)
Yes, all I did was chase the brass ring for more than 50 years on the H2O
Your boat is an awesome example of what can be accomplished with today's technology. "Beautiful boat" :-)

Stunning execution Steve. I am with you on low to no maintenance. I have got 5 years out of two gearsets and only changed LU fluid regularly. I only changed the sparkplugs once in 5 years also. I try and usually do run every weekend year round. I think using a boat frequently vs letting it sit up is a big factor in reliability. We cruise at 80 in 3 foot lake slop and have a blast every weekend. Keep us posted on your fun and once again STUNNING BUILD!
P.S. Wear socks when it's 48* out. The wind can be nipply!!
