Does the boat have a cockpit cover?
I may have my original 28 cover from Skater in red. It is in good condition.

Finally !!!!!!!!!!!! Today is "Pick Up" Day !!!!!!!!!!!

After buying the boat in November of 2015 and putting it immediately in storage for a few months, I hauled it down to Valley Motorsports in Eagen, MN, for a freshen up job. All new gauges, carpet, cables, and moved the rear seat forward ~ 1 1/2 feet. I'll try to get pictures up soon. They've had the boat since January.

The plan is to haul the boat to the Whitefish Chain later this afternoon and have it in the water tomorrow. Cannot wait. First Skater drive in my life. And the weather is gonna be perfect !!

That "first ride" memory is still fresh in my mind. It would help you tremendously to have someone that is familiar with the boat, or at least with cats with you when you are learning. JMO, Good luck and have fun! Just remember not to turn sharp at low speeds and never trim past neutral.

Isn't that the truth! I bought my first 24' in '88. The mechanic/throttleman took me on a two minute shake down run and then back on the trailer. When my wife and I got home with the boat and on the water it was like what now! Have fun and congrats!
