guy seems pretty confident in his MTR Cougar

Easy to type big numbers.... it's apparently in LOTO this weekend, if it runs what he claims, it will be an easy sell IMHO

Boat ran 116. It was really loose too.
The 24' Skater with 280's ran 114 also boat was rock solid.
