Default 24 skater

Hey guys looking to see if anyone knows this boat. It's a 1989 from Michigan. It had some damage to the port side running surface form hitting something floating. Trying to figure out who owned it and fixed it when it happened also who put the aluminum tanks in. Any help is appreciated. Going to pick up next weekend

The damage was very minimal and in the tunnel I believe. I sold very cheap, like 7k . Todd Lamb in Ohio bought it an repaired it, not sure who did the Alum tanks and now the guy in Texas has it.

I bought this boat, but I never repaired anything on it. I paid $14k for the hull, not sure where people get there numbers from.
