Default Skater shop dolly

Have a couple skaters coming into my shop that I am redoing. Has anyone made a dolly with caster to move it around the shop easy without the trailer? Looking for some advice on square tube size and wall thickness. The first 2 hulls I am doing are a factory 21 twin and a factory 24 triple. Assuming I can make one dolly that will work with both tunnel sizes since they are very similar in specs.

Thanks!

I built one for a 21 Cougar as a tow-able dolly to my ramp (single axle setup). Used 2" X 3" X 11 gauge tube steel. Worked great. It would be fine for a 24 as well, maybe even a 28 if it was on 4 casters.

I use a small 12" tire pontoon trailer with bunks
light,,,easy to maneuver and can tow it to the water
mostly for 28+ with a 24 here or there
