Hi all. Was just curious what your experience with Skaters customer service is. We have called 4 times to get specifics on our new to us 36 and have never received a call back. We are very excited about the boat and are just trying to order the proper hydrohoist. The boat has Sterling 1100s and Mike at Sterling has been amazing helping us with what we need to know due to the fact he has a 36 Skater. Either way was wondering if this is what I should expect in the future if we need something or if this is an anomaly.

We are new to Skater so just called the main number and left a message. That’s good to know that they’re normally responsive. I’ll try reaching out in that direction. Thank you for the reply.

They have been great to deal with. Always very helpful with what very few issues we have had. I think you just caught them at a bad time. They gave us everything we needed for our lift, basically just duplicated the trailer and mounted it to the lift.
