As Spiecher lane stated I am almost positive the windshield alone would be more than 20k from Lee Aerospace. Find an open cockpit race boat and go from there. I toyed with doing the same thing to a older Doug Wright. The cost if you can do it yourself is sobering. Don Gardner aka Maritime Marine on here bought the DW I referenced and cut the lid off and redid the interior. There are photos on here of the process. The guy is a craftsman and the work himself. knot-right on here with the 46 skater bought one that someone never picked up or had a blemish or something I forget the exact reason he was given a deal on it but anyway, “the Smoking deal” was over $8,000

I've seen engine rebuild threads do the same thing on here.

If you want to repaint the whole boat while you're at it,it will be well over 100k

If I remember right the Outerlimits Gold Digger cost 45k to cut the top of the canopy off and finish it as an open cockpit boat.
