here is a picture of Kong!
thanks Yves Belanger for commissioning another sweet ride!
Similar to other late models...I like how its well thought out for placement.
right down to oh chit handles for both passengers hands.
Take note on the drivers side one doubles up as a rest when trying to adjust trim tab settings.
Really cool pistol grips for the back seat drivers!
yes i know its hard to believe but even these monster cats get pounded to heck
in rough ocean water!

Here is a quick video of "Kong" 50 Skater, where you can get a better feel for the interior. Enjoy!

So basically you take apart a perfect working
flat dashboard and chop it up in a vision only
you have in your head.
this ones has a 3/16 aluminum plate over 5 layer laminate.
here is the port side with the elimination
of some gauges.
i had jay at maritime cut me a over size piece
Of alcantara backed by a 1/4 inch foam.
this will give it some depth when u bolt gauges in.
Wasnt boat dashes like this in the 70.80s?
use some 3m 90 spray adhesive.
Then use a Xacto blade to carefull cut out
from the back side.
without cutting your leg open!
