what should i expect

have a 24 skater with twin 260 mercs 1.87 gears with 30 cleavers turn inward, just had motors dyno at 276 hp with just exhaust work , when riding at 60mph and hit the throttles should i feel the boat just taking off or should be slow. should i trim more?

The 30's will probably be too small. With 32 or 34 you will be running 110++. From 60 your accleration should be good. how far along are in rigging, got any pics. GOOD LUCK www.kineticanimation.com/skater.html

when i hit it from half to full , i dont get the response i guest i expect. it seems slow like it doesn't want to go.

where should nose cone height be ,

big poppa. You bought that 24 before I could get to it. The guy who had it in Texas was a nice guy. I think his name was Ty. I had to wait two years and finally got this mint 24.

I have my motors on CMC manual jackplates and run them at 1.5" above the bottom. You should be running anywhere between 1-1.75".

Big Poppa I am thinking of putting those alien style cowlings on bridgeports. How do you like them. Also where did you get yours. Thanks Jerrod

i got them from bob machine shop, they were about 500.00 each they are fiberglass, not as nice factory and ithere heavier than stock but other wise nice
