You're right!! And I'm certainly glad to have connected with him on this one. An absolute pleasure to do buisness with. We did a "sight unseen" deal on the Skater and I'm very pleased. Jay went out of his way to accomadate my schedule.
Now I just wanna get it in the water. Need some seat time.
Lots more dials, buttons and switches to play with than the Pro Comp.
I'm ****ing happy!

Ran our new 28 for the first time this past weekend. 95 degree heat, 3 people, full of fuel and way to much gear (the cooler alone was about 250 lbs which won't happen again the wife promised) and we saw 92.3 mph at 5000 rpm's. We had a computer problem on one of the motors so that was all I was able to take it to.
I was very impressed with the boat so far. At 90 mph the boat was just cruising effortlessly (sp). Feels much, much faster (and lighter) than the west coast cats I have had before. Can't wait to see what it will do at the top of the rpm range. Definitely a drivers boat, and feels like it does not like te be trimmed to much. Very happy with my choice so far, I jst need more than 15 minutes next time to run it.
