Can't say I had the same experience with ordering. Ordered about 2 weeks ago, order didn't go through (message indicated problem w/site). Couple days later I tried again, order went through, printed receipt (thought merch. was on it's way).
Two weeks later I look at receipt I printed and noticed it said (eventhough it showed I ordered) someone will call you to process order manually (never got a call). Left a message on Sonics voicemail Wednesday.
What's going on with Sonic's merchandise program??????

Wow! Talk about service.
I just looked in my mailbox and my order from Sonic (2 shirts) arrived. Someone reacted to my message.
Shirts look great (haven't tried them on yet to see if they fit).
I wish the old regime of Sonic (Fred, Joe H. & Richard H.) would have reacted this quick regarding the problems I had with my boat.
When I look back I see that best time to have bought a Sonic would have been either during the Jay Ross era or present day (not between that time). Unfortunately I bought mine during that time.
I will wear my shirts proudly (and will look at purchasing more merch. in the future).
Thank you to whomever at Sonic stepped up and listened to my voicemail or read this post. I do appreciate it!

Kim is now in charge of sonic merchandise. ordered 4 t-shirts from her. only 1 showed up . she called me and said they were redoing the silk screen for the colors to come out better , just received the shirts today after waitng for 1 week longer and wow!!! they look awsome and she even hooked me up for me waiting patienty with a hat !!! sonic at their best!!!
