How Many 31 Sonic Owners Out There Have Cracked Dash Panels ? (around The Mounting Bolts)....i Am Thinking About Machining A Set Out Of Billet Aluminum And Having Them Powdercoated. Would Anyone Else Be Interested In A Set Of These ???

my 2002 31 sonic came from the factory made from metal , both pass. and dr. side .

A friend of mine had the factory replace his dash panel under warranty.

I had mine on the 04 Diablo replaced under warranty in the first 6 months then of course it cracked again

If your dash panel is craked or needs a replacement, I have a solution for you. I can make a custom 3D panel that fits on a 26, 28, 31 and the old 35 Sonic. As you can see in the picture, I retrofitted one of the panel on a 2007 31 Sonic, the boat that was at the 2006 Fort Lauderdale boats show and it fits easily. I'm currently working on the prototype for the passenger side which will be ready in a month.

Those Are Great Looking Panels ,mikesonic You Do Good Work!! But There Will Still Be The Possibility Of Cracking Since They Are Made Of Fiberglass , That Is Why I Am Thinking Of Making Mine From Billet Aluminum....as For Price I Wont Know Until I Make The Prototypes....i Will Probably Sell Them As Bare Aluminum Pieces, And It Will Be Up To The Buyer To Have Them Powdercoated In The Color Of Thier Choice ......
