Whats the deal with the 575's motors as my mechanic was very negative on them? Were they not reliable enough?

all i can say is that i have a 2004 with twinn merc,525s for sale .you can't beet the blue motor's. my boat would do the same speed as that older boat with less power do to the weight saving's in the vacume baging .

Costly rebuilds at lower hours than non supercharged engines.

Heard through the grape vine that the STRINGERS had to be replaced. I do believe the repairs we're done at Sonic.

Looked at the boat last October and while the exterior was very clean I was also told there was an issue with a crack in or near the stringer. If you were interested I would make a lowball offer to cover costs with bringing the boat up to par. With the age of the boat most lenders would require a survey (a good idea whether they require it or not) and it would have to be repaired to obtain financing.

Nice looking boat, even without stringer issues, seems priced way high for it's age.
