Sonic wiring

31SS, trying to figure out where Sonic runs their wires? Looks like they run it under the cockpit floor. I have shore power and I found where most of the wires are under the passenger dash panel but they disappear...thinking they go under the floor...

Is that the case or ??

Under a false floor in the side storage compartments. Just pull them up.

Thanks, I will check that.

Where is the easiest place to grab a ground for the amps I am installing? I am installing them in the compartment above the fridge. I found a big ground block in the compartment under the passengers dash panel however I believe that ground panel is for the shore power.

You can use that ground block for the stereo, but I would run a direct cable for the amps.

Sorry, I was interrupted. I would run 2 gauge cables (you can get cable and connectors from NAPA, use a propane torch to solder the connectors on) from 1 battery straight to your amps. They will have all the power they need and will minimize the effects a heavy draw will have on other circuits in the boat.
