Best props for '98 42 with 500 HP's?

Any 42 owners using 5 blade Maximus, or should I stick with the B1's?
I just did an engine refresh and the builder said he could turn the B1 24's to 5600 at 70 MPH. I am not sure what if any work was done on the 24's.
Should I just get a set of 26's or look at the Maximus?

I have a 1997 42 with 500 carbs rebuilds. We run 26's. With lite fuel we run a honest 73. We are only turning 5100rpm though. In my opinion a labbed 25 is what works best. I have not tested that just could not justify the money . Good Luck.

25's would be 3 blades. I have a set of 25 Mirage + I kept from my 292SR1 Formula.
I don't think I could get the beast to plane with them, but I could strap them on and try!
My engine builder thinks 26 B1's are the way to go and he may be right.
I will let you know what happens with the 3 blades.
