We had a 2001 358 with 500efi's that ran 80 in perfect conditions. I know of a 2002 358 that had 575's but don't know who bought it. The dealer here in Jerse had it back then.

Thanks NJ......I am actually running right at 79-80 myself in perfect water..........that is with 5 people on board, 200 gallons of fuel, 2 coolers, a lot of beach gear and props that are a bit dinged up to say the least........over the winter I will be buying new props and next season I will run her with a light load and see if I can get a few more mph out of her......... anyone have any thoughts on what speeds I should be seeing............................................ .......Johnny

I'd imagine 83-85 should be do-able...what rpm are you seeing/what prop are you spinning?

If you're spinning 30's @ 5100, you should be into the 80's no-problem. Might have a prop slip/prop condition issue.
