This has got to be the QUIETEST Spring on record for boating activity and discussions. Surfing OSO and some other sites, posts and interest in boating seems to be WAY down... I think the gas prices have finally hit home and changed peoples mindset as to what they are going to be doing this summer...

I will be boating all summer. I just won't be burning 100 gallons a day anymore.

I was just at a big name propeller maker/dealer.
He said sales are down in the USA. ,But sales are up overseas compared to years in the past though.

We'll be cutting back on trips which require the most towing and going to the closer lakes.... and anchoring!
