Look at the vertical surfaces on each side of the doorway for any signs of repair or cracking. If none are visible it might just be where the boat has settled slightly and is not a structural problem

I think thats where the cabin liner meets the cockpit/upper deck. Either poor workmanship or the boat has really flexed at some point. I would be nervous about stringers cracked or shifted. Survey might be a good idea if you can find someone capable of assessing such things.

Lift the Carpet , drill a small hole in the floor ( only thru the glass not thru the foam,maybe 1/4 of an inch)
If there is water coming out ????? Problem if not ,OK
Had that on my 31 and the Bulkhead where the door sits on was shot.
