What does the gallery power button do?

Does anyone know what the gallery power switch does? I have flipped it a bunch of times and never notice anything happen

I believe it gives power to the outlets and lighting, and other accessories like the fridge, etc.

Usually powers the fridge on 12v and gives power to the water pump,both of which have a seperate switch.
