Props for a 358 w/496 HO's???

i would think 24's or 26's it all depend's on what your looking for as far as top end speed or midrange punch. i had a 38 with twin 525's and had labed 26's 4 blade's that work great for midrange throtle responce ,when i bought the boat it had 28 pitch prop's and was very sluggish threw out all it's rpms. but it was about 3 mph faster on top end ,but took forever to get there . if you get 24's you can alway's have them tweeked by a prop guy . and i was told that it is better to tweek the prop's up a pitch then down , becuase tweeking up you are going with the bend of the prop .
