45Sonic -are you talking about the 97 or 98 white with the teal stripe that was for sale last fall? Had tweaked 502's?

Once into one, Fountian SC's are hard to get out of. Kind of a limited market.

Do you mean hard to sell? The seem like they have the best of both worlds with speed and room. I did find one with twin 780 hp engines and that sounds like fun. They have room for 2 more in the cockpit which is nice but the outside of the Sonic is much better looking.

I have owned my last fountain for 10 years so I want a boat I will be happy with more than resale.

I would prefer the right Sonic but I just don't seem to be finding it.

Motors are 540hp 502's (carborated)

I'll try to get some pictures posted. Or have the seller send you private message.

I was told by 2 dealers that they are slow to move. I don't think as many performance boaters are interested in them as the lightning models. Its a boat I would probably consider, as would a lot of Sonic owners as cabin/amenities/overnighting are important to us.
A 386 has much nicer lines.
And if looking for a bigger better cabin, I would prefer Black Thunder (love the 46EC)
